Project Abstracts:
For an international biopharmaceutical company, provided management
consulting services to the North American division and Global Information
Solutions management on the construction of web-based communities
and their application to building brand loyalty among patients and
associated health care providers (patients, associated family members,
and treatment centers).
Provided management consulting services to the I. S. group of an
international pharmaceutical company concerning the introduction
of formal content management processes and procedures into the company.
Emphasis was placed on the introduction to management of key content
management concepts, differing requirements between strategies for
globally deployed corporate intranets versus locally developed internets,
and the impact of the adoption of content management application
modules on the group’s ability to partner with small outside software
development consulting firms.
