Developed web integration
of on-line store, product catalog, customer order status, and customer
account status using SAP ITS. Developed new IAC in SAP combining
SAP standards with customer requirements. Created new HTML templates
and services. Developed and implemented architecture for development
and production systems.
Developed an on-line “Power Outage” notification system for a major
energy company, including screens, programs, transactions, function
modules, GUI status, workflows, etc. Used CCS to develop work activity
flow. Developed integration between SAP and “Power On” system.
Developed integration between SAP and automated telephony system.
Developed BAPIs for integration between SAP and corporate website
using DCOM.
