SAP PP/MM/WM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP PP / MM / WM Consultant, with prior experience with integration of SAP with other systems, especially Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Interfaces.  This position will be on-site with our client in the Northeast, PA area.

The project involves the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with Electronic Batch Records (eBR). The MES will interface to the ERP system (SAP ECC 6.0) for downloading of process orders, master data and operational data (including inventory and bin movements), as well as sending back consumption, phase confirmation and goods received data to SAP.

Other potential interfaces to the MES include Labware LIMS, Electronic Document Management System (Documentum), PDW (Process Data Warehouse * To Be Designed and Developed), Equipment Calibration tracking system (ProCal) and the Training records system (ISOTrain).

Skills Required:

- SAP ECC 6.0. The candidate must have a complete understanding of the SAP supply chain area and the integration with other areas of SAP ECC 6.0. Practical experience in PP-PI, MM and WM modules is highly desired. Integration of SAP ECC 6.0 with other systems, especially prior experience on developing MES interfaces, is highly desired. The candidate must have a solid understanding of how Idocs are generated / processed in SAP.
- MES * SAP Interface Development. Prior experience on the design, development and implementation of MES and SAP interfaces is highly desired.

Other Preferred Skills:

- The candidate must have working experience with all the MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.). Experience using electronic document management systems (such as Documentum) is desired.
- Experience working with FDA regulated industries, understanding of GxP regulations and computer validation principles is highly desired. Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes in the pharmaceutical context is highly desired.
- Experience working with XML files and schemas is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required. The ability to work closely with all the project team members and the project leader is critical to the success of this effort.
