Our client would like to bring in a Senior Business Analyst to provide business analysis and project coordination in support of improving customer service levels within the Sales, Marketing and Call Center (CRM) environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- applying enhancements to SAP

- coordinating User Acceptance Testing
- user training

Responsibilities demand strong business analysis techniques as well as project management experience in taking projects from inception to production.

POSITION REQUIRED (ROLE)
The Business Analyst must be able to fulfill the following roles:
* Assist with implement of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, related to the Sales and Marketing area, as well as Call Center and Customer Relationship Management systems, as approved by the business
* Develop project plans related to new projects
* Gather and document business requirements related to new solutions
* Support existing processes and applications.
* Provide knowledge transfer to internal client resources
* Assistance in the development of training materials
* Provide recommendations following best practices
* Recommend improvements for current processes

9-12 years related experience with a significant part on SAP system management and implementation.
- Strong project management skills are mandatory to apply to this position. Several projects experiences based on SAP technologies and other technologies used in Global Application Platforms (Web, Document Management Systems) are necessary.
- An experience in a SAP Center of Competencies will be appreciated.
- The adaptability of the applicant to several contexts is necessary as well, due to the large scope of the Global Application Platforms organization.
- Good communication skills are necessary to work with the remote teams in Canada and with counterparts in France. Reporting and synthesis capacities will be useful to share his activities with all the other IS team members.

Details of this position include maintenance of servers, installation/monitoring of web application software and patches, troubleshooting and assisting the developers in maintaining server and application performance.

5+ years working experience in web application development is required along with thorough knowledge of Windows2003 server operating systems, operational knowledge of Unix, Linux operating systems, and solid knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Apache Web Server, ColdFusion running on JRUN4 is required.
