We are searching for a Business Analyst with exerience in Documentum, FirstDoc is a big plus! The position is located outside of Havertown, PA. This individual will be primarily responsible for to gather requirements from clients, understanding their business needs and translating this into functional and system requirements. Responsibilities will also include working closely with the developers to ensure the clients business needs are understood and met and be that liaison between the developers and customers.
This resource should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and work well with others.
Requirements:

- Documentum (FirstDoc is a plus!)
- Minimum of a BA or BS degree in life sciences, engineering, or computer and information technologies or similar area with 3 - 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Must be motivated, self starter and capable of independent work.
Essential Responsibilities
* Partner with the business and internal teams to ensure projects are coordinated correct across functional areas
* Provide leadership for Sharepoint planning, evaluation, design, development, implementation, operation and control for the desired project
* Support identification of missing business requirements
* Identify and enable reusable design methodologies where possible
* Identify critical path decisions and make recommendations of possible solutions
* Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to: functional specifications, design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations and tollgate reviews
* Demonstrate the ability to receive a task and drive it to completion while working with team members to ensure success
